Weather and water effects have been improved, and there are enchanted details in trees and foliage. The lighting system has also been completely overhauled with enhanced shadows, reflections and more. This will give everything from character models to vehicles a whole new level of detail. Rockstar has confirmed that all three games will be receiving higher resolution textures. GTA: The Trilogy is not a full-scale remake of these classic open-world games, but they’ve all been given enough spit and polish to look noticeably better than their original counterparts.
However, considering the collection is made up of three complete games there’s still more than enough content here to keep you busy for dozens of hours.
It doesn’t appear any of the three titles will feature any form of brand new content.
